Is ProMento only for women?+

Yes. ProMento hosts must be female and 18 years or older. This is required to keep the platform safe for everyone.

How much can I earn per minute?+

Audio calls pay ₹1–₹25 per minute. Video calls pay ₹2–₹30 per minute. New hosts start at the lower end. As you take more calls, get better ratings, and level up (H1 to H9), your rate increases automatically.

What bonuses do I get?+

You get an attendance bonus for being online during your scheduled hours, a performance bonus for accepting calls and giving good service, and peak hours bonuses during busy evening hours. Top hosts also get weekly and monthly rewards.

How long does profile approval take?+

Our team reviews new profiles within 24 hours. You will get a notification on the app once you are approved. If your profile is rejected, you will see the reason and can fix it and resubmit.

What documents do I need?+

Two things: (1) A clear photo of any government ID — Aadhaar, PAN card, Passport, or Driving License. All 4 corners must be visible, no glare. (2) A 5-second selfie video. Just your face, no filter, good light. Say any one line.

My profile was rejected. What do I do?+

Read the rejection reason carefully. The most common reasons are: blurry or dark ID photo, filter or sticker on the selfie video, or the face in the video doesn't match the ID. Fix the issue and resubmit. You can try up to 2 times.

When can I withdraw my money?+

You can withdraw anytime you reach 1 lakh coins, which equals ₹800. Go to 'My Withdraw' in the app, add your bank account or UPI, and request a withdrawal. Money arrives within minutes.

What is the 1% TDS?+

TDS is a small government tax that is automatically deducted from your withdrawal. For every ₹1,000 you withdraw, ₹10 goes to the government as TDS. You do not need to do anything — it is handled automatically.

Can I share my phone number with users?+

No. Sharing personal contact information outside the app is strictly against the rules and results in an immediate penalty and possible permanent ban. The app has tools that monitor this automatically.

Is my real name and phone number visible to users?+

No. You use a nickname on the platform. Users never see your real name or phone number. Your documents are stored securely and never shown to anyone.

Can I work part-time?+
